Data Deletion Request
You can request the deletion of your personal data from Blastly at any time.
What data will be deleted?
- Your account profile information (name, email, credentials)
- Message logs and delivery history associated with your account
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connection data stored on our platform
- Template configurations and settings
How to request deletion
To request the deletion of your data from Blastly, please send an email to our privacy team:

Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" including your account email and tenant name.

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and legal compliance. This will be communicated to you upon request.
