1. Introduction

Blastly ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a WhatsApp Business messaging platform, enabling businesses ("Tenants") to communicate with their customers via the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. 4. WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data

Blastly integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. By using our service, you acknowledge that messaging data is processed through Meta's infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share end-user personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. We act as a data processor on behalf of our Tenant customers, who are the data controllers for their end users.

5. Data Retention

We retain message logs and account data for as long as a Tenant account is active, or as required by law. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention is required by applicable regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access control, and regular security reviews to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request data deletion, you may use our Data Deletion Request page or contact us directly at the email address below.
